Bandera - "The Cowboy Capital of The World".  This little town is all about cowboys, with lots of live country music and motorcycles thrown in for good measure.  We're about 30 miles west of San Antonio with a population of about 1000.  If you like rodeos you can see one, or more, every week during the summer and quite often other months.

This shot is a scene from the recreation of the OK Corral shootout put on by the Bandera Cattle Company.  These guys, and gals are in costume on most weekends during the summer months and best of all, the shows are FREE!  You're likely to see many authentic looking cowboys  along with their horses on any given day.  Saturdays are dress-up days so come on down with your best western duds on.
